At Amusement Technical we specialise in the modification of rides. This can be anything from the simplicity of a seat or lighting alteration through to an updated control system or re-engineered drivetrain.
Very often components in older rides reach obsolescence and the manufacturers no longer offer support, this is a classic case for modification to contemporary parts.
We have modified rides for more than 50 parks across the world including Global Village, Dubai; Flamingoland; Luneur Park, Rome; Camel Creek; Hersheypark; Canobie Lake Park and Mellors.
When looking at persistent problems we are not restrained by the predications of the original design brief and this allows us to take a very fresh approach to solutions that often seem to elude the original manufacturer.
All our modifications are supplied with full supportive documentation to satisfy local legislative requirements, typically EN13814 and ASTM 2291-04.
